Weight loss at a stand still

I started out at 215 and and now at 187. I lost the weight over about 8 weeks. I can't seem to lose more. Currently I eat the following: breakfast, one cup spinach, 1/3 oatmeal, 4 egg whites; lunch, 4oz of chicken/ground turkey, 1 cup of broccoli; dinner, 4oz chicken/fish, 1 cup of broccoli; snacks, two protein shakes with 1 scoop per shake. All about 700 calories. Also I drink 72oz of water or more a day and do a boot camp 4-5 days a week followed with a 30+ minute brisk walk.
What am I doing wrong? I want to lose another 30-35 lbs.

How long have you been at a 'stand still' for? And are you saying you only eat 700 calories a day?1

Why do you think 700 calories is enough calories?
That aside, weigh your food and don't use cups to measure food as they are accurate.1 -

You have to eat more than 700 calories every day, but you aren't eating 700 calories every day (if you did, you'd lost weight, but hair and muscles and energy too, so don't try to do that). Enough water and exercice is good, but you need to weigh and log everything you eat to be sure you are getting the right amount of calories, because calories is what controls your weight. You have lost weight up until now just by eating better, but your smaller body doesn't have the same amount of fatty tissue, so you have to be more accurate with your intake, to keep losing.1

no way all of that adds up to 700 calories. plus, you aren't weighing things so you don't even know how much you are eating. since you think you are eating 700 calories - why on earth is that your calorie goal??1 -
Are you measuring out all your food on a food scale, set to grams? Are you consistently and accurately tracking all your food (and drinks with calories) here on MFP? Are you following the correct calorie deficit that MFP has set for you? How are you estimating calorie burn from your exercise?
Can you please change the settings on your food diary and make it public so we can take a look at it? Otherwise we're offering advice without having anything concrete to go by.
Also-what are your stats? Age, height and current weight?0
