I have been eating clean for a year now. I look at labels, I buy organic and try to buy foods that have three ingredients or less on the nutrition label....BUT, I can't seem to drop diet dr pepper from my diet. If I saw those ingredients on any other product, I'd never buy it. Ugh!
When going out to the bar etc...what do you drink that is low calorie? I get that alcohol isn't the best for you and I don't drink very often, but once in while I do like to have a couple but don't want to mess up everything I've worked for.
