I'm set up for 1200. Exercing usually adds between 200-600 calories. I'm 32, 5'1" SW 116 CW 107 GW 103 When I exercise, I usually eat my calories back.

You can add me as a friend... Two babies here for me. I was doing so good then started eating like a pig last week. I can't seem to get my midsection weight off...it all lingers there and ticks me off. I am starting over tomorrow and WILL succeed.

I use Shakeology...not so much just whey but all around nutritional shake.

Six cups of water to one cup of oats...add cinnamon and green apples and raisins. Put in crockpot overnight on low. In the morning your house smells amazing and you breakfast is ready. It is very soft like instant oatmeal. If you want it creamier, do 5 cups of water and 1cup of half and half.

I believe clean eating is shopping on the outside of a grocery store. Meaning don't buy much food in the isles. Everything is fresh. Read your labels and eat every two to three hours.
