What determines max sugar per day on Food Diary page?
Mine says 32 is the most I should be taking in but my fruit and milk alone easily doubles/triples that. Where does this number come from? How is it calculated? I just had a fruit smoothie for lunch, 2/3 cup skim milk, 1 banana, 1 and a half Cups of grapes, 6 ice cubes, and it's waaaaaaaaay over my max sugar limit. Not…
