Day 3 Cardio Power Resistance
Rough start to this one as my kids were up several times last night and I had to get up at 5am to get it in before they woke up for good. That said, I found this one a bit easier than Day 2. I had to take fewer extra breaks. I burned about 540 Calories from start to finish.

Day 2 finished....man am I expecting to be sore tomorrow.
