girls how much do you leg press
I workout with 350 lbs and this seems to be making my thighs bigger. When I started here they measured 25.5" and now there a bit over 26". I think I may be working out with too much. I love how strong they are but would like them to be a little thinner.

My boyfriend is 5'10 and 125 lbs with his clothes on. I'm at 160 right now and get so mad at him because he doesn't even have to try to stay skinny lol

sad im losing my curves
I'm down 10 lbs and after measuring my hips went from 44 to 41 and I lost a cup size. Its funny my thighs stayed the same at 26". I know I'm getting healthy so its ok

10 lbs down and 1 cup size down
Was worried about losing my boobs but it actually feels better. Went from 36 C to 36 B. Unfortunately before I gainer weight I was an A so that's probably where I'll end up but that's Ok

are girls legs stronger than guys
My boyfriend works out a lot more than I do and yet I can lift a lot more with my legs than he can, even all his friends leg press about half what I do. Are females legs just naturally stronger

HELP my calves are huge
I put my profile pic of my huge calves, legs for that matter. I bought an elliptical for my house , will that thin out my legs. I still want them strong, I'm proud of that

ladies with big leg muscles
My gym did a free body composition test on me today and apparently I have little fat on my legs. My thigh measured 26.5 and she told me I can maybe lose an inch at most, same with My calves but maybe 1/2" off them. That's crazy since I have never lifted. My c cup seems small compared to most people anyway but I really don't want them any smaller but I know I don't have a choice anyone have any luck keeping theirs after weight loss

18.75" calves, anyone similar
I don't know how I got them, never lifted and 10 years ago I had very slim legs so its not genetic. They seem massive compared to almost everyone. People tell me I must lift heavy all the time and how lucky I am but I don't see it like that. Anybody else in the same situation
