ladies with big leg muscles

My gym did a free body composition test on me today and apparently I have little fat on my legs. My thigh measured 26.5 and she told me I can maybe lose an inch at most, same with My calves but maybe 1/2" off them. That's crazy since I have never lifted. The lady was very impressed on how strong my legs are. She said most people that work out often can't lift what I did. Anyone else like this

Same here, according to my trainer I can do a leg press weight higher then most of the guys she trains. Sadly I took a year off of lifting so lord knows what I can do now.0

I can press as much as my wildland firefighter husband, and I ALWAYS have problems taking skinny pants on/off. I would lift more but I have bad knees, so it kind of limits what I can do.0

I never really thought I had particularly big leg muscles until I started losing the fat from them XD I knew I was strong, but it's kind of ridiculous0

My thighs are at 24in, to me they look big. Even as a teen and a stick thin figure I ALWAYS had thighs and booty. I have just accepted that this is my shape and I love it. I definitely know how to fill out a pair of jeans, and men love it0

Mine are skinny (18") but really strong too and also have very little fat on them. I'm thinking it's probably genetic.0

I'm in the midst of a gender transition and my muscular legs are my most manly part. I'm really hoping my leg muscles decrease with more testosterone blockers and eventually estrogens. I'm told it takes a long time to see the effects, but I've noticed a 1/2" decrease, so at least that's something.0

I've always had big thighs/calves and strong legs. I'm just now starting to see my quads and freaking love it! Can't wait to show off my legs on some shorts in the summer!0

Sad to say my calves have always been smaller than I want them to be (maybe over the years I can work on that) but I love having big muscular thighs.
That muscle was covered in fat for awhile, but now my thighs are getting much more toned and way less soft. These legs carried around way too much of my weight for way too long. If those thigh muscles hadn't been strong enough and big enough to support that weight, my knees and spine would have been far worse off than they are.0 -

Some genetics maybe?
Maybe activities you were active with while growing? I was a big downhill skier which I believe assisted into leg development during my adolescence.0 -
