Help! With only 1200 Calories a day I find myself needing to eat meals under 300. I need some more ideas!!
tomorrow I plan on eating at moes. I'm going to get: -wheat regular size burrito -black beans,chicken,grilled onions,pico, corn salsa, regular salsa, cilantro. No cheese. No rice. Any ideas??
How often do you weigh in? Every week? month? day? Also, do you do it at the same time or with the same clothes?
