I'm struggling with buying the same thing over and over and over again at the grociery store! What's some unique products that you guys buy consistently that keep you healthy and happy? (I'm a vegetarian :) )
So I've set my daily target to 1200 calories but my BMR is 1360, (I'm 5'3" and 138 lbs) Is it a good idea to do this so that if I do go over it doesn't totally sabotauge my day, or if I record innacurately it gives me some wiggle room.
