Trying to set my macros
Hi, I'm trying to enter in my macros, however when I enter in the percentage that I want for my fats it automatically changes my carbs and proteins. Is there a way to set my macro percentages to exactly how I want? I'm trying to focus on counting my macros rather than calories.

Hi, I was just wondering if you still eat your caribbean food, or have eliminated it from ur diets. Is there a way to modify some of the meals so that they are more healthy?
