Hey does anyone know of any strength training exercises that can be done at home. I have a set of weights that I use for my arms, but what type of exercises can I do for my legs?

Google "New Rules of Lifting" - it's a great book.0

lunges and squats are great for legs and bum ! google it if u dont know how to do them ! no equipment required either0

There are a lot of exercises you can do at home for the legs...calf raises, dead lifts, wall squats for example...if you do a google search I am sure you will find lots more!0

Just do a search for the P90x workout schedule. Those are pretty good home weight training workouts.0
