OK eat more to weigh less peeps! I have been doing Insanity, which can burn up 1000+ cals per workout sometimes. So How much more should I be eating?? I am trying to switch over,, it just seems to take longer to search foods in MFP rather than lose it.. I like the way MFP lets ya know how many fats, etc you have & how many to go for the day!
