What's your favorite low cal/low fat food?
Lately I can't get enough black beans. They are my favorite mid-day meal. I prepare it like this: 1/2 can of reduced sodium black beans 1/4 avocado, diced 1/4 tomato, diced 1/2 cup spinach, fresh, chopped Salsa or hot sauce I heat the beans on the stovetop or in microwave and add the other ingredients on top.
