What's your favorite low cal/low fat food?

Lately I can't get enough black beans. They are my favorite mid-day meal. I prepare it like this:

1/2 can of reduced sodium black beans
1/4 avocado, diced
1/4 tomato, diced
1/2 cup spinach, fresh, chopped
Salsa or hot sauce

I heat the beans on the stovetop or in microwave and add the other ingredients on top.
Enjoy.

LOW fat (except for the good fat in the avocado)
Low Calorie
Low glycemic load
High protein
VEGAN
