Cardio options with SPD?
G'day I'm 28-ish weeks with baby #4 and have SPD. I have the 10 minute solutions prenatal pilates and element prenatal yoga dvds and generally do 30-60 minutes of one or both a day. I can't lift my feet off the ground in the hands/knees position or do some of the deeper stretches so I just modify. I can't walk for exercise…
