Suggestions/advice/experiences Dukan while Breastfeeding?
Hi everyone! I'm currently reading Dr. Dukan's book and trying to decide if the diet is something I can do; I know as a BF mom I basically have to do phase 3 and leave in veg/fruit and a few carbs. Does anyone have any experience doing Dukan while Breastfeeding? Advice? Suggestions? I really want to speed up the baby…
