I have to wear a hideous uniform to work, when I joined none of the girls uniforms fit me, I asked for new uniform today, and I now fit into a UK 16 shirt and medium waistcoat, from men's 16 inch collar shirt and Xl waistcoat!! So happy, the uniform doesn't look half as bad now!

I give up when I try this alone
Hi, been on MFP for a while, but didn't come on the forums at all, I decided that the support you guys give is exactly what I need right now, I've hit the place in my life that I FINALLY have the motivation to start, I just need the motivation to carry on! Any tips or advice to keep going?
