i think i'm somewhere between two and three. i had found the motivation, had found my time to exercise, enjoyed it, and enjoyed the healthy lifestyle. this week has sucked big time. being struck down with illness has meant I can't exercise as much as i would like, and it hurts. making sure I still eat at deficit though.

be in the 100s for the first time in years so lose 9lbs. I don't go by weight much, so more a lose 3-4inches off my waist. I'm doing a nice mix of cardio and weight training, so I feel that this is entirely possible!

I've had a full day at uni today and my first exam tomorrow, I have actually upped my exercise today to get out excess stress and frustration and to clear my mind between chapters and modules. I have fruit and veg to snack on, and I never, ever let myself reach for fizzy drinks, water water water. This is my 3rd degree,…

I'm just outside london as well, and it's terrifying to see all these comments about carrying knives and guns...remind me not to go running when I visit my sister in the states! did L1D6 this morning, feeling great with it. I'm gonna stick with it this time too, as I'm off from Uni on my easter holidays, nothing to stop me getting up and working out. By the time I go back I'll have broken my lazy habit and started a new healthier start to the mornings!

depends entirely on the person, depends on how fast you lose the weight, how long the skin has been stretched (how long you've been overweight) and the amount of elastin you have in your skin, which you can do nothing about. Slow steady weight loss is the best though. Like in life, there are no guarantees to anything :)

I'm a post grad student and just joined here, so any hints and tips would be much appreciated. It's definitely a challenge, as I had to stop going to the gym when I re enrolled at college. I'm just about to restart the 30 day shred, so hopefully that will help.
