Hey Everybody!

Hi my name is Vikki! I've been on and off on MFP but only recently have i gotten into it. I never wanted to count calories and I thought "hey it will just come off if I just eat less" boy was I wrong. I was eating less but the wrong things. So I am ready to kick my butt in gear! I've already lost 2 pounds in a week!
Well I hope to make good friends on here who can also keep me on track!

    Hey, sounds like your off to a good start! I've done the same thing, eat less but still crap and it just dosent work. Here's to healthy food and a great life.

    You can add me :D I log in everyday! The food diary rocks! I find that having an open food diary helps me make better healthy choices cuz I know that my friends will point fingers and call me out if i don't lol

    I would encourage you not to tell foods that they're wrong.

    They don't like it and feelings get hurt.
