From 87kg to 80kg
Hello Folks, I've lost 7 kg (15 pounds) in 6 weeks. Here is how I did it: - 45 min of cardio, 5x per week. - Full body workout, 3x per week. - Drinking one gallon of water per day. - No sugars. - 6 small meals containing good ratio of protein, carbs and fat.
