Gluten Free Fiber??? Anyone Have Suggestions?
I'm pretty sure I need to add more fiber to my diet- but I need to eat gluten free (I'm gluten free for medical reasons, not for any fad diet thing). Does anyone have any suggestions? I know that fruits and veggies have fiber, but anything else? Thanks :)

Looking to add some friends for support. I've been trying by myself to slim down and get in shape pretty unsuccessfully for a few years now- I always lose motivation! The diet is the hardest part for me- I really hate counting calories and what not- but I'm determined to eat healthy now and be healthy. :)
