Am I doing enough?
Hi everyone. I am new MFP. I started a 1200 calorie diet last week and have been exercising 20 minutes daily (jogging/walking on my treadmill). My goal is to lose 15 pounds. I am 150 pounds give or take a few pounds. If I continue this diet/exercise plan, will it pay off? Do I need to up my exercise in order to get the…
