Would like some help. My job sometimes requires that I stand in one position for hours in the same position. I intermittently feel faint and light headed and may need to stop. Recently downloaded this great app but have not posted till now. Looking to loss some weight and generally become healthier. Keep entering cycling rides to keep me motivated. Planning to cycle from London to Paris in September so need all the friends and support I can get.
