I'm a runner, how many cals should I eat?
I am running 3.5 to 5 miles nearly everyday and fitness pal is telling me that I should only be eating 1260 cals. If I eat 1200 a day, I wake up starving in the middle of the night. How much should I be eating to lose weight? Don't ask me to post my weight because I'm not. Just know it's telling me I should eat 1200 a day…
