I am running 3.5 to 5 miles nearly everyday and fitness pal is telling me that I should only be eating 1260 cals. If I eat 1200 a day, I wake up starving in the middle of the night. How much should I be eating to lose weight? Don't ask me to post my weight because I'm not. Just know it's telling me I should eat 1200 a day to lose

I know it can't be anything preposterous like 2,000 or anything, but would 1500 be right? Help.

you can enter in the execise so that it adds to your daily goal. 1 mile is roughly 100 calories... so depending on what you run in a gien day you can multiply that x100 and add that to your daily goal.

if you dont feel like you are hungry enough to eat all of it, then only eat a portion-- you can kind of play around with it until you find what works best for you
