Do you ever feel like you let working out rule your life? For example, would you chose to skip out on a networking event for work in order to get a workout in for the day? I'm curious to see how other people prioritize, and if *sometimes* not working out is justified.

I've been practicing for 3 weeks now and am not sure how many calories I'm actually burning. There's nothing in the database, and I've see ranges for a 90 minute session everywhere from 500 - 1200 while searching on the internet. Anyone have any suggestions on what number I should use?!

Any suggestions for good heart rate monitors that tell you how many calories you're burning?
