Fage 0% - I go through SOOOO much of it, both eating in right out of the container and cooking with it. I buy a couple of the giant containers at Costco and am pretty much through 1-2 of them per week. Addiction may be the right word

Glad to hear it worked out! I'm starting a two week (maybe longer) detox today (had to wait until after St. Paddy's, haha!) just to see if it significantly helps my weight loss, since I've been stuck for a while, and I think alcohol is the reason. Thanks for the insight!

I agree! They didn't exactly keep the drama down either. As much as I would like to blame Conda for the last couple weeks, I don't think those two did anything to help improve the situation, except maybe make it more dramatic.

For healthy desserts, I've been going crazy for everything I'm finding at www.chocolatecoveredkatie.com. Some of her recipes are a little bizarre, but I am obsessed with her cookie dough dip! Maybe you can find something on there you can use? Good luck!

I don't log my water either, I always drink a ton of it though so I'm not really concerned that I'm not getting at least 8 a day or whatever MFP thinks I should be getting. I also don't record things like sugar free gum, crystal light/iced tea, or my fish oil supplement. If it's less than 10 calories (and I'm not downing…

I agree! I tend to request people who have interesting things to say on the boards so that I can find the good topics and sift through some of the not so interesting ones, but if they don't want to be my friend that's their prerogative. Sending a FR your way!

Starbucks does mistos now, which are like lattes with coffee instead of espresso - half coffee, half steamed milk. The venti only has 90 calories in it if you use non-fat milk, and I like to order it with some sugar-free vanilla syrup. Yum yum!

If you're going to label it something though, atleast all of the crazies out there can't get angry with a term like this.... yet...

Just put the HRM's right in the pinata and save on the money for the chocolate.
-
I thought he was being sarcastic until I saw they were actually all deleted...
-
You can always super enforce the pinata so that you force them to get a good solid workout in first trying to break it open!

I've been making 'PB&J' protein smoothies. 2tbsp of PB2 (powdered peanut butter) 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries 1/2 banana (optional) 1 scoop protein - sometimes I use vanilla, sometimes chocolate, sometimes a little of each It definitely hits the spot if you're looking for a late night treat that's really good for you.

I went to a few boutiques by my house to try on styles I liked, then went and ordered it where I could get it cheaper. It's kinda shady, I know, but I don't want to hand over a small fortune for a dress I will wear once! Just go try stuff on, see how it goes, and then order it from the lowest bidder. Do your homework, and…

5'10" and my goal is 149... there's just something about being below 150! The thinnest I've ever been was 138, and while I looked good, I didn't feel good. I was really HANGRY all the time :noway: I think every person is different though, good luck!

Hi everyone! I'm Ashley and my date is August 4, 2012. I'm just starting dress shopping now so I'm in crazy exercise mode at the moment, haha. The boutique I went to this past weekend said I needed about 5 months (6 if I want to be careful) for the dress to come in, but then there are always alterations! I'd like to go…

Same here, 5'10" with a goal of 150. When I was in high school and swimming 3 hours a day, I was at 140. There's no way that's happening again, number one because I don't have 3 hours a day to go swimming, and number 2 if I did have 3 hours, I probably wouldn't spend it all exercising , so I feel like 150 is…

I usually go for department stores, but it's always a struggle. I've found that Silver Jeans brand come in long and fit great - up to a 35" inseam, which is awesome.

5'10", love rocking the big heels! I have a hard time finding comfortable flats - I have much much MUCH better luck with heels

Welcome to MFP :flowerforyou:

Agreed- Show me the recipe! (...please :flowerforyou:)

Interesting perspective - thanks for the post!

I really like Dynamatize Whey Protein Isolate from Vitamin Shoppe - it's yummy and it's low fat/low carb. And it was one of the best prices I could find. I like to blend it with fruit (fresh bananas, frozen berries, etc.) and ice to give it less of a protein shake taste if that makes sense, so I use the vanilla flavor. It…

If you're going to spend money, you might as well spend it on something that's accurate. Get it with the chest strap, because otherwise it's not a heart rate monitor. It would be the same as using the treadmill as an "accurate" measure for calories burned.

I'm going to need to remember that one
