tighter pants, looser shirts?
I'm almost 4weeks into a fitness challenge at my gym. Loving it! Not a lot of weight lost yet, but I feel great. Lots of circuit/tabata/interval kind of stuff. just need a little encouragement
Hi! I started eating pretty clean Jan 1. No crap food at all. Mid January I joined a fitness challenge at my gym. It's all about exercise and eating right, I really like how he focuses on all areas of being healthy.
