I am in the market for a really good heart rate watch. Can anyone make suggestions? I've been looking into the FitBit even though it's a clip on not a watch but it also doesn't measure heart rate which kind of defeats the purpose. I exercise regularly and want to know how many calories I'm burning. Thanks!!!

I just started this program roughly 3 weeks ago. I weighed in this morning and scale says I gained .5 lb. I was so disappointed. I know that it's hardest in the beginning and it really is only half a pound but I worked out all last week and really watched my food intake. Just looking for some words of encouragement please.…
Can anyone tell me if we are supposed to log all liquids as water (diet drinks, tea, etc) or is it just plain H20?
