How do you set your goals?
My overall goal is to lose 92 pounds but I also set a monthly goal (Jan was to lose a pound a day and in Feb it was .5 pounds a day). I know that the weight lose will slow down but I still want to set a goal that is attainable - is 10 pounds a month too much to expect?

To give myself reasonable goals, I have set my kid's weights are my goals. I quickly got to my 9 month old and it has taken a little longer to overtake my 4 year old but I hit it this morning (he weighs 34.8 lbs). Next up, the 9 year old....
