What are your thoughts on this workout? It seems like it should work based on the length (about 45 minutes) and various jumps, cardio, strengthening moves. I'm combining it with 30 Day Shred to get in a full hour of exercise. I didn't feel like 30DS was long enough. But maybe I'm crazy. I feel totally whipped by the end of…
