My progress so far. Unreal to me.
I'm new to posting pictures on here. I hope that I got it right. I'm now down 28 lbs and until that other day I didn't realize that there was much difference in my body, besides my pants falling off me. I still have a long way to go, but now I know that what I'm doing in working.

confused about BMR and TDEE
okay so confused about BMR and TDEE just calculated it and it is saying that I need to eat like 1562 a day. I'm wondering if I'm not eating enough on my 1200 a day.
