Any med students here??
I'm currently in med school and i find it extremely difficult sometimes to maintain my exercise routine. its also hard to eat frequent small meals throughout the day cuz of rounds,OT etc... Any one else having that problem???

Patience when upping calories, BUT.....
So my calculated TDEE-15% is about 1700-1732 depending on the formula i use. I've been gradually upping my calories from 1300 by 100 calorie increments. I can no longer go to the gym...
....because it has become too expensive to maintain. I've decided to up my calories...
But I'm so nervous. Based on all the posts I've read this is hopefully the right decision. I started about 6 weeks ago and lost 6lbs, (mfp set 1200 calories per day for me with a 2lb/week goal) but recently gained back 2lb :( after reviewing my diary i was eating less than 1000 cals a day!
