My trainer told me that: 1. I should not eat more than 2 fruits per day because they had too much sugar 2. I should never ever eat past 7pm (keep in mind I usually finish training @ the gym at 7:30pm)

Are you my twin? Lol I'm also 4'11 in the 150's currently, started off in the 160's. 125lbs is my goal weight as well. I liked how I look and felt at that weight, plus anything less and my head will appear big lol

^^^^ THIS Please please please see a specialist as soon as u can. Or see a different GP in the interim. If you are in so much pain after the laxative, and still havent gone, then some form of obstruction is probably present

I suggest that you see a doctor just to ensure that everything is ok with you. It may or may not be diet related, but you'll never know until you have it properly investigated. You don't want to eventually end up passing out and hurting yourself.

Yep I weight everything! (ordered a digital scale from amazon for $17 incl shippimg) You'd be surprised how wrong eyeballing can be. And I measure everything too! My family thinks I'm crazy lol

Congrats on the shrinkage! Patiently waiting for mine to shrink. I'm 4'11 and current bra size is more than a 32H (last official measurment), lost 6lbs thus far, 16.5 overall inches everywhere else but only .5 the boobs

Overuse= foe When used properly= friend :) I found my self stepping on the scale every time I walked pass it. I found myself being very disappointed. So I had my little sis hide it from me. So now I have no idea where it is :D She's supposed to give me every Sunday for weigh-ins now

haha i'll definitely try and hide stuff in my lab coat :D as for exercise, thinking about it, i guess im full of excuses afterall, cuz i do find time to relax for an hour in the pm, thanks for the advice guys

Happened to me too. Gained back all 6lbs I lost, while maintaining my diet and exercise routine. Very demotivating and disappointing :( its sucks to have to log it too

4'11 too. I started at 162 and I'm now down by 4lbs. I want to get to about 125 , which was how much I weighed the last time I was satisfied with my body
