Any thoughts on weight loss slowdown??
Hi all.... Total weight loss was 17 pounds since Jan 2nd 2013... however the last 2 weeks weight loss slowing and making me nervous ughhh.. i have been eating my regular calories plus exercise calories most days.... ugh.... any insights? i'm on 1650 cal per day and usually average around 350 to 800 workout calories burned…

Hi all, need some advice.. I went from eating anything I wanted and never exercising to changing it all on January 2, 2013. I began with MFP and started tracking calories and exercising 5 to 6 times per week. I do a combo of Matt pilates, equipment pilates, weights and cardio. I have lost 12 lbs so far but have recently…
