Need friends who are eating more than 1200-1400 a day!
I've just started over on MFP & I'd like to follow a few people who aren't just eating 1200 calories of string cheese and cereal a day. I use the TDEE method for calculating my calories for weight loss which puts me between 1800 and 2000 a day. Anyone out there losing weight by eating MORE? =)

Avocado!
Avocados are my current food obsession- they have healthy fats, tons of fiber, and that luscious creamy texture usually reserved for unhealthy things like cream cheese and mayo ;) What's your favorite way to add avocado to your meals?
