how to convert 1 T peanut butter to grams!
Thanks to this board, I have just started weighing in grams. But MFP doesn't have a conversion for measuring spoons. They say 1 T of peanut butter = 16 g:100 caloriesI filled a T, then emptied it into my scale, which weighed it at 14.5 g.
