5'5 Female losing 30lbs from 150 in 3 months
I know I can do it, I drop weight pretty fast, but I just don't want it to effect my health. For the most part I'm pretty healthy, I just eat a lot of gourmet and luxury foods(Brie cheeses, olives, ect.) I'm around 150lbs right now, it depends though, sometimes I'm 145.
