5'5 Female losing 30lbs from 150 in 3 months

I know I can do it, I drop weight pretty fast, but I just don't want it to effect my health. For the most part I'm pretty healthy, I just eat a lot of gourmet and luxury foods(Brie cheeses, olives, ect.) I'm around 150lbs right now, it depends though, sometimes I'm 145. I run everyday, and eat healthy(but quite a bit) so I'm hoping cutting down on luxury foods, and eating less, and exercising more will help me lose some fat(especially on my legs) I just don't want it to effect my health, because 30lbs off of 150 is quite a bit, and imalready pretty small, so I was wondering if it's too much for my body to handle(I'm pretty strong too, I can handle extremely high amounts of physical and mental stress). Thank you, any answers help! :)
Tips help too!

That rate of weight loss is generally considered too much. Recommended loss is no more than 2 pounds per week, and that's really for bigger people. It's generally easier for bigger people to lose quicker because they burn more calories. Anyway, you to losing 30 pounds in 3 months (a rate of 2.5 pounds per week) could be done healthily, but may be difficult. You would need to carefully plan your entire diet to make sure you are getting proper nutrients. You're pretty young, and I'll assume in normal health, so I would say it should be OK.

For what it's worth, you might want to pay more attention to your body fat percentage than weight. You might not actually need to lose that much to get to where you want to be.
