I saw the 8-Hour Diet book in the store today and was browsing through it. It looks like it would be tough for me because I am a breakfast person, but I'm wondering if anyone has tried it. I'm tempted to try it because I'm having such a hard time busting my plateau!
How come when I eat out, even if I eat small and count calories as much as I can, I am 2 lbs heavier the next day and then it takes several days to lose it? It's not like I'm eating 3000 - 7000 calories! Anyone else experience this?
