Stressed about logging
I am finding it very stressful to log everything. It takes me longer to log the ingredients than to make the meal! Any tips on staying on track? I do find that when I don't log I eat more than I should........ugh it's frustrating. BTW please feel free to add me. I need some accountability :/

So I am trying to do small things so that I'm not so overwhelmed. First is no soda. much easier said than done, but it's not alot to ask. Meals for the "not dieting" family
I am looking for good things I can make that are everyday foods. I literally am the only one in my family that needs to lose weight, but I don't want to have to cook 2 separate meals..any suggestions?
