I had gastric sleeve exactly a week ago today SW 233 CW 223 Yesterday I started phase 2 of my diet which includes purées, it takes me a long time to finish a “meal” and I feel like I’m not drinking enough liquids. Hi all, I just has the gastric sleeve 3/13/21. My weight at surgery was 233lbs but I have been as high as 250 before. I plan on weighing in every week to track my progress and stay motivated.

Im 8 weeks pp, had lost all 30lbs of baby weight 2 weeks pp, i am now staring to gain again. Im always hungry and wanting to snak. Anybody know how many cal i should consume to not impact my supply?
