What are my best options to keep the calories and sodium down. They have taco bell, panda express, subway, charlie's steakery, szabaro pizza and a japanese fast food place. Kinda sick of subway, but is that my only choice?

New to site - Tired of being tired!
Well here I go again. 8 years ago I lost 60+ pounds and gained it all back plus :( But I'm not giving up. I know how to do it so I need to "just do it". My motivation is setting a good example for my 8 year old daughter and getting my energy back. Looking for someone to hold me accountable.
