I started working out again in Dec and so far I have lost 16 lbs. I have yet to notice any changes in my body (i.e. inches, the way clothes fit etc.) I'm getting fairly frustrated since I feel I should see some kind of change in my body but I don't. Anyone else have this problem or know how to change that???
Anyone have advice for getting your ever so stubborn husbands on board with you?? My DH also needs to lose some lbs and I just can't get him to change with me! Since 2007 he has put on over 60lbs (after a tragedy in the family) and I'm starting to worry about him but he just wont listen. Any of you have this problem and/or…
