Hi! Pretty sure you've all heard this before, but I'm having trouble understanding how different HR zones affect fat burn. I've got a HR monitor and tried it on a bike ride yesterday. My daily fat goal in the MFP app is 63g. What I'm confused about is what my poly- and monounsaturated fat amounts should be. Currently they're set at zero, which isn't right.
