It's called Cascade Ice. Very tasty, and carbonated so it's kind of like soda, and they have many flavors. My favorie is strawberry lemonade. Sodium
I'm having trouble with the sodium intake. I'm doing good with the calories, carb, fat, etc. Does anybody else have this problem? Or are there any suggestions on how to make it so where I don't consume that much sodium? My goal is to have 2500 sodium, but today I had 3400.
