Exercise before and after work: am I out of my mind?
Today I started the day before the sun went up with a 22 minute run and 30 minutes on the exercise bike. Then I went to work. After work, I came home, got into my gym clothes and did 35 minutes of Latin Dance/Core Workout. Am out of my mind? Am I overdoing it, in effect being unsafe? I know I'm back into the workout…
