Today I started the day before the sun went up with a 22 minute run and 30 minutes on the exercise bike. Then I went to work. Hello to all! My friend introduced me to this before New Year and I have been following it ever since! I have lost nine pounds so far. Should be more, but I haven't gotten the 8 hrs sleep down pat yet. 1600 calories is my limit for a day. This rocks!
