Exercise before and after work: am I out of my mind?

Today I started the day before the sun went up with a 22 minute run and 30 minutes on the exercise bike. Then I went to work.

After work, I came home, got into my gym clothes and did 35 minutes of Latin Dance/Core Workout.

Am out of my mind? Am I overdoing it, in effect being unsafe?

I know I'm back into the workout spirit, but I want to be smart and safe about it.

Any thoughts?

I don't think you're overdoing it. You're just excited about the exercises you're doing and if you're having fun while doing it, all the better.

just eat back the calories you burned(if you are under your calorie goal), if you don't then it is unsafe.
