Short-term goal setting with reward incentives?
I am interested to know if anyone has a goal-reward timeline? I've seen some people give themselves rewards at certain milestones in their weight loss. Wondering what other people's incentives are. I need to set this up for myself so I have something to look forward to and set my bar to. Mini, short-term goals!! :happy:
