New and Confused, Please Help
I am new to all of this and confused. I am a 30 year old female, I am 5'8 and I weigh 279 lbs. I have lost 8 lbs since Jan 2 and I work out for at least 60 minutes 5-6 days a week (since jan 2) My workouts have increased since I began.
